  • Ongoing support during the implementation your investment and/or business strategies. This include periodic progress tracking, regular advice, and oversight of tax and reporting compliance.

Mission: control

Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to taking control of your internal day to day finance with our qualified CFO and bookkeeping team.

  • We undertake a deep dive of your business. As part of this we will undertake a health check on the internal processes, systems, capital structure, financial data integrity and cash flow of the business. 

  • Create an action plan + recommendations for your business which includes howwe will execute on process improvement,  perform analysis of the capital structure, financial reporting enhancement,  development of finance department and outline the strategy for cashflow management, as required. 

  • Implement the action plan in your business. We will be with your every step of the way and provide regular feedback to the key stakeholders and staff. 

  • Continually monitor business and key staff to ensure new processes are complied with. This will include meetings with key stakeholders, oversight of compliance management and regular financial advice for the business.
